Configure project notifications
Permissions required to complete the steps below
To complete the steps described in this article, you need to be designated as a project owner or editor.
DoubleCloud can send notifications about specific events in the project via email and Slack.
You can configure notifications about the following services:
- Clusters: notifications about maintenance.
- Transfers: notifications about pipeline errors.
Add a subscriber

In the console, go to the project's Notifications page.

Click Add subscriber.

Enter the email address where you want notifications sent.

Select which service notifications you want to send and click Add.

To confirm the subscription, enter the 6-digit code sent to the email address you provided.

From your desktop Slack, open the channel or direct message where you want notifications sent.

In the conversation header, click the channel or conversation title and go to the Integrations tab.

Click Send emails to this channel/conversation and then click Get email address.

Copy the email address.

Open the DoubleCloud console and go to the project's Notifications page.

Click Add subscriber.

Paste the email address you copied from Slack.

Select which service notifications you want to send and click Add.

To confirm the subscription, enter the 6-digit code sent to Slack.
Modify a subscription

In the console, go to the project's Notifications page.

Find the subscriber whose subscription you want to modify and click → Edit subscription.

Select which service notifications you want to send and click Save.
Delete a subscriber

In the console, go to the project's Notifications page.

Find the subscriber you want to delete and click → Remove.

In the dialog window, click Yes, remove.
