DoubleCloud notifications

DoubleCloud sends notification emails to the address you provided at sign-up when certain relevant events occur.

Notification channels

There are seven notification categories:

• Maintenance work. These are notices about maintenance operations on your ClickHouse® and Apache Kafka® clusters and related messages from technical support.

• Billing. These are notifications concerning your Billing account:

  • Payments
  • Resource consumption
  • Account status
  • Credits usage
  • Trial period

• Step-by-step instructions. These are notices from the documentation team on new and updated step-by-step instructions and other documentation sections.

• News and offers. These are notices about new services, updates on current services, discounts, and special offers.

• Events. These contain invitations to DoubleCloud events and webinars.

• Offers from other DoubleCloud services.

• Testing of new services. These are invitations to participate in a pilot project or alpha testing of DoubleCloud services.
