Projects in DoubleCloud

A project is required to use DoubleCloud and provides the basis for creating, managing and operating all DoubleCloud resources. It's also used to enable billing and manage users and their permissions.

All projects have four identifiers:

• Project name is automatically generated, but the project owner can modify it.

• Project ID is a unique identifier for the project. It's automatically assigned and read-only.

• Organization is a link to the organization to which the project belongs.

• Created is the time the project was created. This parameter is read-only.

DoubleCloud grants the owner role to the creator of the project.

This role allows you to transfer project ownership and delete the project.
