Create an API key

To create an API key:

  1. Go to the Service accounts tab of the Members page in the console.

  2. Open the information page of the service account for which you want to create an API key.

    Tip

    A service account in DoubleCloud can have multiple API keys.

  3. Under API keys, click Create key to create the first secret key in your account. You’ll see the following dialog:

  4. Copy and keep the Private key and the Public key in a safe place.

    1. To download both keys as JSON, click Download file with keys.

    Warning

    Once you close the dialog window, you won’t be able to access the contents of the secret key again.
