Manage your AWS Marketplace subscription
Subscribe to DoubleCloud from AWS Marketplace
Payment method warning
Currently, we don't support changing a payment method to AWS marketplace for existing accounts. To subscribe, you need to create a new account.
To subscribe to DoubleCloud from the AWS Marketplace:

Go to the AWS Marketplace website .

Search for the
DoubleCloud Sub-Second Analytics Platform. -
Open the DoubleCloud marketplace page and click View purchase options in the upper-right corner of the page.

Under Purchase, click Subscribe.

In the top right corner of the page, click Set up your account.

Proceed with creating your DoubleCloud account or sign into your existing account with a previously purchased AWS Marketplace subscription.
Unsubscribe from DoubleCloud in AWS Marketplace
For your safety, you can't cancel your subscription from the DoubleCloud console. You must do it from your AWS Console.
To cancel your DoubleCloud AWS Marketplace subscription:

Go to your AWS Console.

Search and proceed to
AWS Marketplace subscriptions. -
In the Subscriptions section, search for the
DoubleCloud Sub-Second Analytics Platformand click Manage. -
Under Agreement, click Actions → Cancel subscription.
If the Cancel subscription item is greyed out, wait for several minutes and try again.
Post-cancellation activities
After your subscription is cancelled, your Billing account is immediately suspended. Within an hour, DoubleCloud will send all the remaining consumption AWS.
